Peppermint Oil
Peppermint is extremely cooling, since it contains a natural source of menthol. It is used to activate all the senses and responses and subsequently clears the head, because it is highly invigorating. It is also considered to be anodyne (alleviates pain), anti-inflammatory and soothing. Peppermint has a mildly antiseptic effect which helps to control the bacteria on the surface of the skin.
