Cardamom
The Cardamom plant belongs to the same plant family as ginger and exhibits much of the same warming properties. It has a sweet, warm, aromatic aroma and is often used as a refreshing tonic and an invigorating bath oil. It aids digestion, boosts circulation and helps in the treatment of coughs and colds.
