Yes you can. We have a dedicated in-house recruitment team who are responsible for servicing ESPA's internal recruitment needs as well as those of our clients worldwide.

Experience of being an in-house trainer in an existing ESPA account is a distinct advantage. However an official training/assessor qualification is not essential. In fact some of our Trainers have studied towards an official qualification in conjunction with their full-time role at ESPA.

We work with a selected number of agencies on specialist roles and have a PSL (preferred supplier list) in place. We are not reviewing this list in the near future and prefer not to receive speculative CVs from agencies outside of our PSL.
