Situated by the historic Kremlin and Red Square, ESPA at The Ritz-Carlton Moscow combines old world glamour and cutting-edge style to create an opulent spa experience – ESPA’s first spa design in Moscow. 

Luxury hotel group Ritz-Carlton chose to launch the first truly five star hotel & spa in Moscow at the end of Spring 2007.

ESPA worked in conjunction with Hotel Interior Design to create this opulent spa.  We provided full design and operational support, including the design, all pre-opening stages, and recruitment and training of the team. 

Warm, dark-brown marble and highly polished wood lead you through candle-lit corridors of natural stone to a spa of muted shades enhanced by glittering gold glass and shimmering crystals. Dark brown, gold and black mosaic crystal steam rooms, saunas, and Lifestyle Showers culminate in a pool with a gold-flecked black glass ‘infinity’ bottom and a starry night sky created by hundreds of Swarovski crystal lights.  Natural light is injected into the pool through a dramatic pyramid glass ceiling; and the oval relaxation room, with its undulating gold leaf ceiling, provides the perfect place for guests to relax before experiencing a signature ESPA treatment.
