Founded in 1993 by renowned industry leader Susan Harmsworth, we lead the industry with our creative designs and commercial management services, partnering with many of the world's leading hoteliers.

Through design, creation of a commercial business plan and budget, to pre-opening support, brand standards, training and recruitment, we create and manage spaces that are unique, operationally efficient and commercial.
