The Gleneagles Hotel Spa Break Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Spa Break includes: two night’s accommodation with breakfast for two persons, dinner for two, 55 minutes ESPA treatment time each for two persons in The Spa at Gleneagles by ESPA and an ESPA gift bag. Travel to The Gleneagles Hotel is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. The prize must be taken by 30th August 2010. The prize is as stated, is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Winner must make their own arrangement with Gleneagles to redeem their prize subject to availability. ESPA accepts no responsibility in relation to the treatment carried out at The Spa at Gleneagles by ESPA.

Entering the Free Prize Draw
The Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of ESPA, The Gleneagles Hotel or their families (including spouses, children, parents and siblings) or any person living in their same households whether or not related their families and anyone connected with the promotion.

No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person. By entering the prize draw you agree to receive marketing communications from ESPA International Ltd and The Gleneagles Hotel unless you have stated that you do not wish to receive such information. If at anytime you wish to change your preferences you can ‘unsubscribe’ using the link on ESPA emails or write to us to be removed from mailings. ESPA respects your privacy and will not share your personal details with any third parties unless we clearly state that your data is shared with a partner. Prize draw is open from 1st February 2010 until 14th March 2010; all entries must be received by then. ESPA reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at anytime or change the terms, conditions or prizes at any time.

Winner selection
The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date under the supervision of an independent observer. The prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.
ESPA will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the winner within one week of the draw date. The winner will be contacted using the details provided to enter the promotion. If either a prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at our discretion. All winners must be willing to have their name published and provide a photo receiving their prize or enjoying their spa break. The result of the free prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
