Senior Associate: Spa Finance & Systems               Farnham/International Responsible for overseeing the KPIs and financial data of all spas within the ESPA portfolio, closely monitoring and evaluating all findings.  Successful candidates will be required to oversee and manage the Spa IT Systems and flow of information.  With extensive financial and analytical experience candidates must also have excellent IT and presentation skills. International Trainers                                                Farnham / International As a key member of the Training Team you will be responsible for the training of ESPA treatments, products, philosophy and our 5 star standards around the world.  Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face and Body) as well as a recognised qualification in Aromatherapy. Legal Advisor                                                                                   Farnham Alongside our Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for advising upon all legal aspects associated with a rapidly expanding International business.  The main areas of the role will be to draft and advise on commercial contracts, whilst using a broad experience of commercial, contract, company and employment law.  Candidates must be England and Wales qualified solicitors.  Ideally you will have experience of Joint Venture, Acquisition and Distribution Agreements and foreign law.
