What are the delivery options?

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes a signature will be required on delivery of your order.

When do I have to order by to qualify for the next day delivery?
Your order must be placed by 11am to qualify for next day delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes ESPA can deliver internationally, we are currently unable to deliver to the Russian Federation, China or Brazil. Please view delivery options for further details on delivery charges.

What credit or debit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Delta, Electron, Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Maestro.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online?
ESPA has a Secure Server Digital Certificate which confirms that the Website is a legitimate website. Our security system establishes an encrypted communication channel with you when you submit personal details, protecting any information you send.

Does my personal information get passed to a third party?
You can opt in or opt out when entering your personal information at the checkout or when registering for an account. By opting in, you will be added to our database and receive updates about ESPA. Your name, credit/debit card address, card type and card details will be disclosed to Protx Limited, Holborn Hall, 100 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8AL to validate your payment.

How do I register for an online account?
To register for an account with ESPA please click the SIGN IN button and complete the New Customer Registration form. Your login details will be emailed to you for your reference.

Can I track my order online?
At this time it is not possible to track and trace your order online, should you have any queries or if you have not received your order please contact us on +44 (0) 1252 352 231 for UK or International Orders. For United States Orders please call us on +1 (877) 377 2872.

Can I view all my previous orders?
If you login to My Account and view your order history you will be able to view all your previous orders.

Can I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you receive your products in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us to organise a refund or replacement.

Are ESPA products completely natural?
Contained within ESPA's formulations are high quality, natural ingredients which have been grown and harvested under optimum conditions. The level of natural ingredients contained within ESPA products is one of the highest in the marketplace - as an example, all our Body and Face Treatment Oils are 100% natural and Super Active skincare solutions are all over 90% natural.

Do you test any products on animals?
ESPA is against animal testing. We do not test our products on animals and have never done so.

I have a nut allergy - can I still use your products?
We cannot guarantee that the ESPA product range is completely free from nuts. Some products do not contain any nut ingredients but they may have been handled in an environment that processes nut ingredients.
